I am very excited to announce the launch of my newly designed website. Visit us at www.mohicanrunner.co.uk. After 3 years the domain name has been resurrected to usher in a new era for me. After a turbulent 24 months both in my private and professional life as well as my running career, I made a decision the best way to move forward is to wipe the entire slate clean and start again from scratch. So after weeks of work and dedication, I’m delighted to officially announce the launch of my new blog to see in the new year. I wanted to make the new website faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly.
With a website design and innovation background, it’s important for me to make information regarding what my site is intended for to easily accessible for our current and prospective clients. I endeavour to provide my readership with the most accurate, up-to-date information and share my knowledge, my passion and all my trials and tribulations.
The whole website has been built from the ground up, using the most up to date features. Still using Wordpress at it’s core, the theme is a fresh responsive design, with a ton of amazing new features. The theme takes a fresh look at the world of desktop publishing in today’s modern age of content marketing and flips it on its head with a stunning design, fresh layout options, modern sharing options and integration of most popular extensions for WordPress for maximum flexibility.
Amongst the new features the site contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. All connected to brand new social media accounts this is to foster improved communication with the fans, friends, companies. I will be constantly updating our content with race reports, general running news and articles, press announcements and a running knowledge base. Plus reviews covering products, coffee shops and LEGO. As I work for LEGO and I know a lot of fellow runners are also avid LEGO fans I will be covering the biggest LEGO news and press releases.
You may be sat scratching your head and asking yourself why a complete restart, I will cover that in my next article, as I think it warrants me going into more detail and didn’t want to take away from the launch post.
I would also like to thank Sarah who has donated her time and energy to proof read and test the site before it went live today.
